• Processing Time: All custom embroidered knitwear is handmade. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping.

• Shipping Time:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

• Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders (or define flat fee if needed).

• Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
